U23 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the u23 platform. By registering for or using any part of this platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions set out herein.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and u23 ("Platform"). By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by u23, you expressly agree to comply with these Terms and all policies, guidelines, and rules enforced from time to time.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately. u23 reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
This platform may only be used by individuals aged 18 and above who have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of this service is lawful under the regulations applicable in their jurisdiction.
Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account. Information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. u23 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time and to suspend an account if the information provided is found to be false or misleading.
Password Security
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and account login details. Any activity that occurs through your account is your own responsibility. If you suspect your account has been compromised, please contact the u23 support team immediately via our official email.
Prohibited User Conduct
- Using the platform for any illegal or fraudulent activity
- Attempting to hack, breach, or interfere with platform systems
- Sharing an account with a third party or opening an account on behalf of another person
- Using automated software, bots, or any unauthorised method to access the platform
- Distributing unlawful, offensive, or disruptive content that affects other users
Payment, Deposit and Transaction Information
All transactions on the u23 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are legitimate and derived from lawful sources. u23 does not accept funds obtained through illegal means.
Deposits will be credited to the user's account once the transaction is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected. u23 is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties, including financial institutions or e-wallet providers.
Withdrawal requests are subject to compliance review and verification before processing. u23 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents as part of standard compliance procedures. Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts or e-wallets registered under the same user's name.
Any bonuses or promotional credits credited to a user's account are subject to the wagering requirements and validity periods set by u23. Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or converted to cash unless all stated conditions have been fully met.
Liability Limits and Account Policy
Platform Liability Limits
U23 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical disruptions, system errors, or data loss. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and u23 makes no warranties regarding the availability or accuracy of any information contained therein.
Account Suspension and Closure
U23 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice if there is a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, use of multiple accounts, or as required by legal and regulatory compliance. Balances in accounts suspended or closed due to violations may be forfeited subject to investigation.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and materials on the u23 platform are the exclusive property of u23 or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any such materials without prior written consent from u23. Any infringement of intellectual property rights will be subject to appropriate legal action.
Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
Third-Party Links: The u23 platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services such as payment providers and licensed game providers. u23 is not responsible for the privacy policies, content, or practices of those third-party services. Users are encouraged to review the relevant third-party terms and conditions separately before use.
Changes to Terms: u23 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Users will be notified via the platform or their registered email when significant changes occur. Continued use of the platform after such notification constitutes full acceptance of the amended terms. It is the user's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
Applicable Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through the appropriate legal processes under Malaysian jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
